Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of shipment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Order Note L'Essentiel is currently available for pre-order. Pre-order shipments will be processed once production is complete. You will be notified by email with your estimated ship date and tracking information as soon as your order is ready to dispatch.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping availability will be announced in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once dispatched:

• Canada: 4–7 business days
• United States: 3–6 business days

Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Maison Rituel is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Customs & Import Duties No customs fees or import duties apply to orders shipped within Canada or to the United States. Maison Rituel handles all cross-border documentation on your behalf.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@themaisonrituel.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
